Walka for TACA
- New for 2011 is our family friendly walka for TACA Superhero Challenge. Join forces with your courageous team of family, friends and co-workers to help Talk About Curing Autism (TACA) save the day for those affected by autism! Sign up to blast through our Superhero challenge course with marvelous surprises. We encourage you to come and participate in your mighty Superhero costumes to catch those villains. Don’t miss out on this fantastic kid friendly event!
This event is being designed with ASD families in mind. We encourage you to start a team and help raise much needed funds for TACA!
All minors must be accompanied by a chaperone.
Schedule of Events
- 9:30am Resource Fair
- 10:30am Parade of Costumes
- 11:00am Blast Off to the walka for TACA Superhero Challenge (children must be accompanied by a registered adult.)
- Come support families affected by autism. All registered children will receive an incredible Superhero Kit
- Prizes awarded for best individual and team costumes
- Prizes awarded for top fundraising individual and team
- Schedule may change slightly based upon the completion times of the San Clemente 10k-5k-1/2k kid's run and related festivities
